HEXAGON

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Hexagon Private Messenger ("we") for the use of Hexagon Private Messenger — the Hexagon apps for Android and, when available, iPhone, the website hexagon.pm and the related server (the "service").

1. Your account

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Hexagon to:

3. Reports, blocks and enforcement

Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot see their content. You can block anyone — a blocked person can no longer message or call you — and you can report abuse from the chat menu or the contact's profile, optionally including the last messages of that chat as text. We review reports and may restrict or remove accounts that break these terms.

4. The service

We work to keep Hexagon available and secure but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change features or stop the service; if we shut it down we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. Your statutory rights described in section 5 are not affected.

5. Buying Hexagon

Sales have not started yet. Nothing can be bought today. This section applies from the day sales open; the items marked [OWNER DATA NEEDED] are completed before then.

5.1 Seller

The seller is [OWNER DATA NEEDED: seller's legal name and legal form], [OWNER DATA NEEDED: registered address], [OWNER DATA NEEDED: company register and number], VAT ID [OWNER DATA NEEDED: VAT ID / EU OSS registration], e-mail support@hexagon.pm.

5.2 Price and what you get

5.3 Licence keys

5.4 Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

5.5 Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer for digital content and digital services, including the right to receive the updates (security updates among them) needed to keep the app in conformity, remain unaffected.

6. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Deleting or losing an account does not end a licence you bought.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the loss of data that only existed on your devices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment within the European Union, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
